The purpose built conference suite located on the first floor is the ideal venue for small meetings, weddings, large scale conferences and special events.  The lakeside location of the hotel provides stunning views out over our lake and lawns while the 21centry facilites provide you with all you need.

Winterlake Suite

Winterlake Suite is the ain function room of the hotel with its spectacular mood lighting and floor to ceiling glazing providing excellent natural daylight. The room also has its own balcony area with access to the lawns below, an ideal area for team building events.

The Event Suites

As well as Winterlake, the conference suite is made up of a further 5 meeting rooms; Lakeside I, Lakeside II, Lakeside III, Riverside IV & V. All our meeting rooms have high-tech audio visual facilities, air conditioning and some with full black out facilities.  
Riverside V is adjoining to Winterlake and can be used in conjunction to the main room.

The Terrace Bar

An open and informal breakout area with comfortable seating and access to its own outdoor terrace. Again, the floor to ceiling glazing provide excellant natural daylight with views over Winter Hill. The breakout area can be used for both drinks, buffet lunches, small exhibitions, syndicate space or even informal meeting space. The area also benefits from having its own bar, lift and washrooms.

Executive Boardroom

In addition to the first floor conference suite the Executive Boardroom located on the ground floor is a comfortable, but crucially professional, working environment. This exclusive space offers 21st-century audio-visual facilities and its own multi-purpose reception or breakout area.

The Executive Boardroom offers:

  • Sophisticated sound system with multiple speakers
  • ISDN connection
  • Minimum four telephone extensions
  • European and US power sockets
  • TV and video with plasma screen monitor

Syndicates

A further six syndicate rooms are available, and these are located at the far end of the building (allow delegate transfer time) and can accommodate up to six delegates boardroom style or ten on an informal breakout basis.
