The Quad Club Health & Fitness encompasses 9500 square feet of exceptional health and fitness facilities for local and corporate members and is free to hotel guests.

The Quad Health & Fitness Club raised a fantastic £500 in support of Macmillan Cancer Support at Marlow Regatta June 2008.  The team donned green wigs and raced down the river in their Dragon Boat "It was a great achievement by all involved"  Will Wood, Club Manager.
